This is another gijinka (humanoid) of a game character from Mole Manor (a game), and his name, just as it is written, is R.K., and he's a thief/prankster who sometimes makes trouble for the moles (the players) to solve them.

By the way, the little creature next to him is called Ruby, which is a lahm(a specie of pet similar to club penguin) who supports him.
